44 year old female had bilateral breast reconstruction in multiple steps with Dr. Tierney. At the time of her mastectomies, Dr. Tierney placed tissue expanders. Over the next several months, the patient was expanded until she could have the tissue expanders replaced with 450cc silicone gel implants. Next, she had bilateral nipple reconstruction and as the final step she had bilateral nipple tattoos to complete her reconstruction process.
