This 44 year old patient with a history of breast cancer saw Dr. Brian P. Tierney for breast reconstruction. She had a nipple sparing mastectomy and immediate reconstruction with tissue expanders. After the expansion process, she had a second outpatient procedure to replace the tissue expanders with 485cc silicone gel implants to complete her reconstruction process.
