At age 35, this woman had breast augmentation in Nashville, TN with Dr. Brian P. Tierney. Through this procedure he was able to enhance her breast size, shape, and cleavage. During the surgery, he placed 350cc  silicone gel breast implants under the chest muscles (submuscular placement).
