This woman, 5'2'' and 132 pounds, had breast augmentation in Nashville, TN with Dr. Brian P. Tierney. During the surgery, he placed 255 cc Natrelle Inspira silicone breast implant on the Right and 275 cc Natrelle Inspira silicone breast implant on the Left under the chest muscles (submuscular placement) for a natural-looking enhancement after breast feeding.
